I am one of Australia’s leading Kinesiologists and energy mentors, yoga and meditation teachers, and retreat facilitators.
After burning out as a corporate CPA accountant and later café owner, I transformed my life by embracing the balance of feminine and masculine energies and the power of cyclical and seasonal living.
My journey through chronic fatigue, hormone imbalances, and autoimmune disease taught me the importance of slowing down, listening to the body, and cultivating sustainable energy.
